The Council would consider Resolution No. 2080.1 approving the Infrastructure Financing Plan for the Scotts Valley Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District and committing the city's share of growth in property tax revenue collected inside that district to the plan, under Government Code Sections 53398.68 and 53398.75.
